The hotel has a lot of potential with its spacious rooms and engaging staff that really makes an effort to help. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired, with reports of mold and outdated furnishings. Dining was also a letdown with poor food quality. The overall experience could be improved significantly with better upkeep and services.

My stay at the Country Club Hotel and Spa had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the amazing staff who went above and beyond to assist us, the hotel's overall condition was disappointing with multiple areas needing attention. I’ve been visiting the Country Club Hotel and Spa for our annual conference for years. While the property is showing its age and needs some serious updates, the positive experiences with staff keep me coming back. Clint and Bobby were fantastic, making the check-in process a breeze. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the outdoor pool situation left much to be desired, making it hard to overlook some areas that really need improvement.
